Growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, country singer-songwriter Teagan Stewart had an endless blue sky to look up to and dream big. She spent hours and hours in her bedroom with a perfect view of the Sandia Mountains, writing her first songs and learning to play guitar.
Teagan moved to Nashville in 2018 after graduating from Claremont McKenna College (sorry Mom and Dad) and has played iconic Nashville venues like The Basement East, Springwater Supper Club, The Bowery Vault, and even Third Coast Comedy Club (as an improviser and a musical artist)!
Her debut EP, Taste of My Heartbreak, released in 2020 despite the pandemic, and produced her music video for "Homebody." The project pushed to over 70,000 streams in its first six months of release.
Her next few releases hit a stride. "The Least You Could Do" became Teagan's first Spotify editorial playlist placement, at #21 on Fresh Finds Country and Young Nashville three days after its release. Then, "Country Deal Breaker" was chosen by the American Songwriter 2022 Song Contest as a Semi-Finalist and was her first song to break six figures in streaming. In March 2023, Teagan was chosen to perform at the Music on the Move Showcase at the Basement East in Nashville, TN and the 4th of July Festival in Gaylord, Michigan alongside Matt Ferranti and Dave Mead.
In the last few years, Teagan has found her voice as a songwriter, producing her first cut "Steady" by Lexie LaPlante.
In 2025, "Tequila & Lime" and "Boys Club" started a new chapter of her best music yet.
By the numbers, she has amassed over a quarter of a million streams on Spotify and over 11,000 TikTok followers.
